Starting into my fourth year as President of our HOA and many things have happened within our community over the past few years, most has been for the good, and some has been bad. The bad is trying to balance our financial situation with so many people having difficulties just hanging on to their property during these economic times our entire country is dealing with.I want to thank everyone that has served on the Board and our different committees over the years, your hard work and dedication has dome wonders for our community. As president I intend to run our association with as much input from our committees and members as possible, but not going crazy with the order of things. I am more interested in getting things done to enhance our community going forward so that will be a premier community in the City of Palm Coast and have people wanting to live in our community because it is such a great place to live and enjoy. We have made considerable progress with our new pathway and North Point Park area. I am sure all of our neighbors will get many hours of enjoyment from the new fishing pier, or just relax and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunsets.I am excited about our future and in spite of the dire predictions for the economy we are starting to see some really good activity in our community. People are buying properties and homes and some are even talking of building, something we have not had much of for the past few years. I am looking forward to working with our Board Members and Committee teams over this next year to move our community forward.John Loudermilk
